This is a heads up that I am working to establish a "Discussion Forum" as a way for executives to be in touch with each other more regularly, as well as to share ideas, concerns and questions. I promised to put something together like this when we were at Lake Tahoe, and I think I've now found the right vehicle to use. Please know that this is unofficial, not a LOM sanctioned activity, but I was hearing that it would be appreciated. You are welcome to invite other executives to be part of this.

The intent is that we will share reflections from a good book, article, seminar, etc. I'm also hoping that we can share success from a particularly successful idea or program, as well as a frustration or problem, where a peer may be able to offer some assistance. And we also want to share prayer concerns. I hope to use the forum as a way to get the financial indicator worksheets out to Executive Leadership Conference participants. I'll keep you informed.
