Here in the midwest, we frequently experience severe weather in the summer months, and camper and staff safety is on the forefront of our minds. We just found and subscribed to this new software application that is really impressive - Weather Defender. It is a going to be a great addition to our safety toolkit, as it gives us specific information about the weather on our specific camp sites. It might be something you want to check out.
And, we are getting some decent mileage out of it with the media. We posted the press release on our site.
